I highly recommend this garage . Had a flat tire and stopped at Jim's Automotive Service. They had changed my tire and ready to go in under 30 - 45 min. Awesome and friendly. John is the best person (service advisor). He is a very honest person as well. Great Bunch of guys up there, honest, very reasonable price. Thank you guys.

The store itself and other associates are good. My particular problem is with the Auto Centre Manager (believe his name is Roger). After having my car serviced at this location for many years, I asked him if I could have a few bags, as the ones they had previously wrapped my wheels in had ripped. He refused and said the bags are only for current customers getting their vehicles serviced". Puzzled at his response

Went in to ask about having my hid lights properly rewired and to add whatever they need, guy at front desk was completely useless and told me nothing I didn’t know and helped with absolutely nothing. Useless shop and group of losers. Will never go back, and no Gary if your shop helped id most likely have an appointment booked rn instead I’m on the hunt for another shop, thanks though gball
